1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7u72 platform and all its services ("Services"). By using 7u72's website, application, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 7u72's services. It is entirely the user's responsibility to read and understand these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to 7u72's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who uses 7u72's services or has created an account.
• "Account" refers to a personal user account registered on the platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) of actual monetary value.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use 7u72's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must register your own account and may not register on behalf of someone else.
• You must not already have an active account on 7u72.
• The information provided at the time of account registration must be true and accurate.
• You must play with your own money — managing funds on behalf of others is prohibited.

7u72 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on 7u72, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and if proven, all accounts will be terminated.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 7u72 account username and password completely confidential. You must follow the guidelines below:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you log in from an unfamiliar device, make sure to log out afterwards.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

You will be responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials, unless you can prove that the account was accessed without authorisation and that you notified 7u72 support immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If any personal information on your account changes (such as phone number or address), notify the support team immediately. 7u72 will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on 7u72: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• You must deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
• Once a deposit is processed, your balance will be updated promptly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• 7u72 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements for bonus balances must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 7u72 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable conversion rates may apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• 7u72 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 7u72 may investigate and cancel the bonus.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games available on the 7u72 platform are operated through certified software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). All games are conducted on the basis of fair play principles and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to network disruption, device issues, or other technical faults, 7u72 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem. However, if a game outcome is uncertain due to technical reasons, 7u72's decision will be final.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion on their own account through 7u72 support. These limits are useful for a safer gaming experience.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u72 platform:

• Gaming on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in creating an account.
• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback activity.
• Attempting to hack the gaming system using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing behaviour towards other users or staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, 7u72 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 7u72's Rights

7u72 may temporarily or permanently close any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If the registration of a minor is proven.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may close your 7u72 account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

7u72 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the platform being temporarily unavailable.
• Games left incomplete due to internet connection loss.
• Delays or errors from third-party payment gateways.
• Faults in the user's own device or software.
• Unauthorised use of an account where the user has not taken adequate security measures.

In any circumstance, 7u72's maximum liability will not exceed the total real money balance deposited in your account.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
